Once upon a time I decided to start a business…

And found out my head was full of messed up information that I grabbed during my endless browsing through the Internet.

Having realized that I clearly understood that I needed to sort out a mess and to develop a plan of my further actions.

Why?

  • The main reason – I’ll know exactly where and how to go forward.
  • I’ll be able to concentrate on achievement of intermediate results.
  • I’ll have exact knowledge how successful my business is.
  • I’ll have a chance to correct my business movement to the right direction.

During my work as IT department chief I have convinced that an order and clear understanding of nearest and further plans are key factors that provide interest and satisfaction from any work.

When the programmer sees the target, when he knows this target must be achieved in one or two weeks (not a year), he can estimate his strengths and have a chance to change his behavior.

This method works fine with other people, so it will work for me as well.

So, my first step should be to develop a plan of actions.

I’m already writing a plan. Are you?… This will take 30 minutes at most.

Next time I will show the plan I wrote.
